Traditional PACs steered contributions to candidates and then sat
back hoping their investment sprouted a victory. LCRM is not going
to be a traditional PAC. LCRM will utilize the latest technologies
to conduct issue and message survey research and candidate research;
build and execute a viral marketing plan similar to Bush/Cheney;
and create a GOTV (get out the vote) program for Election Day. In
addition, LCRM will work with the state’s top Republican strategists
to recruit and train candidates to effectively deliver the message
and votes.

Both Bush/Cheney campaigns have been credited with running extremely
efficient, data driven campaigns that focused evenly on the ground
game and media persuasion program. Adopted from a business perspective,
this political campaign strategy will be built around metrics, or
measurable benchmarks, that indicate success and failure. Using
precise performance targets-donors contacted, yard sign locations
secured, volunteers recruited, team leaders, precinct captains,
etc. We will provide a system of accountability.
